Ascend will bring together two of Oracle’s largest, most vibrant user groups for another event experience that offers high-value, unique opportunities for those who participate in-person while also making key and core aspects of the event available to those only able to join online.

The In-Person Attendee Experience

Those participating in person will enjoy fresh air and luxury, Las Vegas-style at ARIA Resort & Casino, Las Vegas. Be sure to reserve your room through the official Ascend 2022 housing provider in order to receive the discounted conference room rate.

Indoors, we’ll apply public safety protocols while facilitating the face-to-face interaction that our community is craving. The tradeshow floor will be streamlined for socially distanced but impactful interactions. We’ll have spacious seating in our breakout rooms with additional mobile view-it-anywhere options to accommodate overflow and attendee preferences.

In-Person Exclusive: We’ll offer facilitated small group discussions on a variety of topics designed for more in-depth dialogue — a level of engagement only available in person.

The Online Attendee Experience

Our online-only participants will have access to live-streamed and recorded sessions. Our event app will allow you to connect with sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and attendees for networking, Q&A sessions, and virtual meet ups. More than half of the sessions will be live-streamed for virtual attendees. And, all sessions will be recorded for on-demand viewing.

For Our Global Audience: We’ll host an international experience that brings live content worldwide for our global online audience as part of our event kick-off.
