OATUG and OHUG are looking for members to provide input and vote on the Ascend 2021 Call for Presentations submissions.

Ascend 2021 is designed by Oracle users, for Oracle users. All member organizations are invited to participate in the process. In doing so, we amplify the voice of the OATUG and OHUG membership and gain invaluable information to guide the creation of a conference agenda that best meets members’ educational requirements.

  • The expanded paper voting process allows one employee per member organization to vote in a single education track.
  • Multiple employees per member organization will not be permitted to vote in the same track.
  • Multiple employees per member organization may vote in different education tracks.
  • Each voter is permitted to vote in more than one track.

If you are interested in participating in the Ascend 2021 voting process, we want to hear from you. As a voter, you will be reading titles and abstracts and giving your opinion on the quality and relevance of the submissions. The votes on each paper will guide the Agenda Committee in their session selection and scheduling for each Ascend educational track.

The deadline for voter applications is March 5, 2021. Selected applicants will be notified of their assigned educational tracks by March 9. Voting will occur between March 9 and March 23, 2021.

All participants in the Ascend 2021 voting process will be encouraged to attend a training webinar on Monday, March 15. We will record the session so it can be viewed at a later date.
