Logo and Company Description

Your company logo will appear on this website and later also in the conference app. Please provide it in a vector-based file format, such as EPS, AI or SVG.

Your company description will be used in the conference app and must be 100 words or less. It does not need to include your contact information or website address since those details will be included elsewhere on your conference app listing.

Exhibit Specifications

Single or Double Kiosk Exhibits

Your kiosk includes two spaces you can customize with your company branding and messaging. Please select the exhibit size you purchased for design specs. If you’re planning to use a table-top monitor at your kiosk, be sure to share that monitor size with your designer so he or she can design around that.

To receive a proof, you must submit your design files by the due date of July 1.

Table Top Exhibits

This is as easy as it gets! There is no design work for you to complete. Your booth number and company name will be displayed at the table provided by show management. You may bring a free-standing sign (a pop-up banner no wider than 36″) to display behind your table or simply create a table top display. Note: a traditional 10′×10′ free-standing booth backdrop will not fit in your space and will not be permitted.

Online Exhibit Presence

Included with All Kiosks, Table Top Exhibits and Virtual Sponsorships:

All exhibitors and virtual sponsors will have an online “exhibit” in the conference app (your mobile app record) that will include key identifying information and to which you may also upload PDFs, photos, and even links to videos. To reach your mobile app record, attendees will click on your intro image in the virtual exhibit hall.

    • PDFs are best for any static material
    • Video is best at 1920×1080 at either 24 or 30 FPS.

Ad Specifications

Conference App (Mobile App) Ads

Mobile app ads should be produced in three sizes to optimize viewing on various types of devices:

  • 1242×300 (iPhone)
  • 1080×331 (Android)
  • 295×309 (desktop)

Conference Website Ads

Website ads will display at a nominal size of 300 pixels wide by 250 pixels high (300×250), and should be designed for that size. Where possible, please provide images at least 200% resolution (600×500) with minimal or no compression to allow us to optimize images for high-resolution displays. Animated GIFs are allowed, but please refrain from overly distracting animations. We reserve the right to reject distracting animations. You are welcome to provide ad assets in JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, or any file format that can be opened by Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, but please ensure any linked assets (including fonts) are embedded.

These ads will run on this public-facing conference website from May-August or from July-August (see your contract for your company’s terms) and thus will be seen by conference registrants and those still considering attending. Ads submitted after the beginning of the contracted ad run period (May 1 or July 1) will be posted within three business days of submission.

Bag Insert

Registration bag inserts may be printed collateral or other types of branded giveaway items. All bag inserts require pre-approval from show management. We encourage you to submit this information as soon as you can to allow yourself time for production and shipping to the show site.

Prize Giveaways

Ulimate Prize Extravaganza

All exhibitors/sponsors encouraged to participate.

We are inviting each of you to put up a prize for which all Oracle user attendees (in person and virtual) will be eligible to win. We will create a single universal prize drawing entry form that provides a one-click opt-in for entry into all of these event prizes. Every exhibitor/sponsor who contributes a prize for this give-away will receive contact and demographic details for all who enter. This is how we can deliver you the emails and phone numbers you’re asking for while still complying with data privacy rules. Your participation here helps us help you — while also generating some fun for our attendees. Win-win!

You’ll be responsible for delivering the prize to your winner. We just need to know what you’re giving away, its value and a short description.

Search for Solutions Coupon Book

The coupon book is a traffic driver for your in-person exhibit that brings attention to the prize giveaway you’re using as a traffic driver. No design elements are needed from you, just details about your giveaway. Only companies with Search for Solutions in their sponsorship packages are eligible to participate.
