*Discounted Government registration rates are available to employees of federal/national, state/provincial and municipal government entities. If you do not have a .gov or .mil email address but believe you should qualify for the government rate, please contact registration@ascendusersconference.com and provide proof of government employment, such as a scan or photo of an employer ID.

Sunday Golf Scramble: $75
Ascend is proud to offer a golf outing with an 8 AM shotgun start, designed for players of all skill levels. Participants will enjoy best ball format with the emphasis on teamwork and fun, over competition. Enjoy the beauty of the Arnold Palmer-designed Rosen Shingle Golf Course with a light luncheon afterward.

Includes two sleeves of golf balls. Club rental is available from the pro shop for $66.90 including tax.

Tuesday Party Guest Pass: $100
Bring a guest to the closing night attendee appreciation event . Event will feature heavy hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, a fantastic deejay and an open dance floor. Your own admission is free. Purchase this pass only if you want to bring a guest to enjoy the event with you!

Message for OHUG Members

One of the benefits of paid OATUG membership dues is a discount on conference registration.

Since OHUG does not charge dues, the member discount will apply if you’ve attended one of our conferences in the last three years. Contact us if you haven’t already received your code but believe you are eligible for one.

Cancellation and Substitution

Cancellation Policy

A full refund minus a non-refundable $150.00 USD processing fee will be applied to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by Ascend 2025 organizers on or before Friday April 11, 2025.
A 50% percent refund will be granted to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by Ascend 2025 organizers by Friday, May 9, 2025.
Cancellations received on or after Friday, May 9, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.

Please send your cancellation request via e-mail to registration@ascendusersconference.com. All requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 30 days post-conference.

Substitution Policy

Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted for both the in-person and virtual events. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to registration@ascendusersconference.com no later than June 8, 2025.

In-Person Substitution: After June 8, 2025, in-person event substitutions can be facilitated on-site at the conference with a letter from the original attendee or their employer. Payments made by the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.

In-Person Event Cancellation Policy

Circumstances beyond the control of OATUG and OHUG may require that Ascend 2025 be converted from an in-person/virtual experience to an online-only event. In that case, registration for attendees all will automatically be transferred to the online version of the event at the virtual event experience registration rate. The difference between those rates will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 30 days post-conference.
