Message for OHUG Members

One of the benefits of paid OATUG membership dues is a discount on conference registration. Since OHUG does not charge dues, we are unable to offer a blanket discount on this event. Reserve Your Hotel Room First

Be sure to reserve your hotel room through the official Ascend 2021 housing provider (Passkey) before registering for the conference. Upon reserving your room, you will receive an acknowledgement number in an email from Passkey which will include letters and numbers (ex: AB123DEF1). You will also receive an email from Hilton Worldwide that will include just numbers (ex: 1234567890). Please submit the acknowledgement number from Passkey to receive your registration discount.

Virtual Conference Passes

Can’t make it to Florida to join us in person? No problem! The virtual conference provides access to almost all of the education and breakout sessions, plus access to session recordings. Register individually for yourself, or buy a corporate registration to provide access to everyone in your company.

Cancellation and Substitution

Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund minus a non-refundable $150.00 USD processing fee will be applied to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by Ascend 2021 organizers on or before Thursday June 3, 2021.
  • A 50% percent refund will be granted to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by Ascend 2021 organizers by Thursday July 15, 2021.
  • Cancellations received on or after Friday, July 16, 2021, will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 30 days post-conference.

Substitution Policy

Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted for both the in-person and virtual events. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. no later than August 12, 2021.

In-Person Substitution: After August 12, 2021, for the in-person event substitutions can be faciliated on-site with a letter from the original attendee. Payments made by the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.

In-Person Event Cancellation Policy

Circumstances beyond the control of OATUG and OHUG may require that Ascend 2021 be converted from an in-person/virtual experience to an online-only event. In that case, registration for attendees all will automatically be transferred to the online version of the event at the virtual event experience registration rate. The difference between those rates will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 30 days post-conference.
