One of the benefits of paid OATUG membership dues is a discount on conference registration.
Since OHUG does not charge dues, the member discount will apply if you’ve attended one of our conferences in the last three years. Contact us if you haven’t already received your code but believe you are eligible for one.

Please send your cancellation request via e-mail to registration@ascendusersconference.com. All requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 30 days post-conference.
Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted for both the in-person and virtual events. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to registration@ascendusersconference.com no later than June 8, 2025.
In-Person Substitution: After June 8, 2025, in-person event substitutions can be facilitated on-site at the conference with a letter from the original attendee or their employer. Payments made by the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.
Circumstances beyond the control of OATUG and OHUG may require that Ascend 2025 be converted from an in-person/virtual experience to an online-only event. In that case, registration for attendees all will automatically be transferred to the online version of the event at the virtual event experience registration rate. The difference between those rates will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 30 days post-conference.
