Virtual Conference Passes

Can’t make it to Orlando? No problem! The virtual pass provides access to most of the education and breakout sessions, plus access to session recordings. Register individually or buy a corporate registration to provide virtual access to everyone in your company.

Cancellation and Substitution

Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund minus a non-refundable $150.00 USD processing fee will be applied to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by Ascend 2023 organizers on or before Friday April 14, 2023.
  • A 50% percent refund will be granted to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by Ascend 2022 organizers by Friday, May 12, 2023.
  • Cancellations received on or after Friday, May 12, 2023, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds or price adjustments are NOT available for attendees who switch from in-person to virtual participation.

Please send your cancellation request via e-mail to registration@ascendusersconference.com. All requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 30 days post-conference.

In-Person Event Cancellation Policy

Circumstances beyond the control of OATUG and OHUG may require that Ascend 2023 be converted from an in-person/virtual experience to an online-only event. In that case, registration for attendees all will automatically be transferred to the online version of the event at the virtual event experience registration rate. The difference between those rates will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 30 days post-conference.

Substitution Policy

Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted for both the in-person and virtual events. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to registration@ascendusersconference.com no later than June 2, 2023.

In-Person Substitution

After June 2, 2023, in-person event substitutions can be facilitated on-site at the conference with a letter from the original attendee or their employer. Payments made by the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.
